kernel panic-not syncing: Attempted to kill init

Hi,

I have a redhat box which after a couple of power failures. Gives me this message when I boot up: kernel panic-not syncing: Attempted to kill init.

I am running RAID 5 on the box and have three 1.46GB scsi Hard drives.

Please help

Before it says that it will give you the actual error. IE: failed to mount root fs, etc.
