Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

When Iam trying to install Oracle 9i on my Redhat EL4 system i tried to compile the old "Glibc" packages

after this onwards whatever i type it is showing the error of GLIBC and libso.xxxx

so i restarted my system

but this time iam really in big trouble that at the boot time only i received this error saying that libso.xx glibc ......

and

the message displayed is

Kernel Panic - not syncing: Attempted to kill init!

and the capslock, scroll lock lights are glowing and off .....

then i tried to mount this harddisk on other Fedora core 5 system it is not mounting saying not having the exact ext3 file system give the correct file system

please any one help me to get out of this problem

with regards
