KDE Plastik theme for Fluxbox?

I know it exists but i can't find it anywhere.

About:
PlastikFlux is a style for the Fluxbox and Blackbox window managers which
is based off of the KDE Plastik theme and window decorations.

Changes:
Window labels are now bold and shadowed. The stick and shade buttons are
now fully integrated.
