KDE 3 Shortcut

I am trying to make a shortcut for a program I d/l'ed and can run under X Term. I can copy exactly what I key in to X-Term to start the program and KDE cannot find the program, whereas when I start it from the konsole, it runs. I tried copying it from Konqueror and then adding my arguments (for it to run, I must pass it arguments to give it something to do--namely, load a file). I am using absolute paths (which, again, works great under Konsole). I tried putting just the program in the run box and the arguments in the arguments box, putting it all in the run box, quoted, not quoted, this and that quoted (IE: not quoting the file or whatever) etc. and each time I try to start it, KDE tells me it cannot find the file. This is an X program.

What is the program? What do you type in a console to run it?

Never mind, I found it: I left a file: in and didn't realize it. It works great now.

Sorry to bother you with my stupidity.

It's actually supposed to be konsole invoked, but it runs under X.
