jobs printer


I have four printers. And on directory /var/spool/cups have several jobs for this printers.
How do I know which Jobs related to a particular printer

Each printer has to be uniquely identified in some way, otherwise you would not be able to select to which printer to send jobs.

Having said that, I'd expect to see some unique identifier in /var/log/spool that relates to the printer.

if you just need to know, use the CUPS web interface at localhost:631...

Yes, it will.
But I want to make a scrip and now needs to know how many impressions exists for a printer specifies.

Grep or something like this.
