itunes installation on ubuntu 16.04lts

hellow! can anyone out there help me on a way to install itunes on ubuntu i`ve tried installing from playonlinux and it failed, then i tried installing from first installing ubuntu restricted extras then installed windows 32bit version of itunes, it also failed.... any other way out there please!

iTunes runs on Windows and MacOS. There is no version that runs on Linux.

To expand on Casey's post, some folk have had success running the Windows iTunes executable under WINE on Linux, but it is problematic (https://www.playonlinux.com/en/app-2586-iTunes_12.html) and I hazard that you will never achieve the functionality etc. of the Windows or the Mac versions.

Apart from that, there are effectively two solutions. Find a Linux alternative, or set up a Windows virtual machine and run iTunes in that.
