Question Is it Possible To Convert This From Ubuntu To Arch

I'm wondering if it's possible to run these commands on Arch, I understand they'll have to be changed but just how to get the same result.

sudo apt update
sudo add-apt-repository universe
sudo apt install python3 python3-serial adb fastboot

and

sudo systemctl stop ModemManager
sudo systemctl disable ModemManager

I am certain that you can craft commands that achieve similar results, but you will need to use Arch's package manager, pacman and you will need to use Arch repos, not Ubuntu repos.

Also, Arch does use SystemD.

However, as near as I can find out, Arch does not default to sudo--that's *buntu fetish--but relies on su, as do most non-*buntu distros.

You can configer sudo to work on Arch (see the link) if you wish, but, were it me, I'd not bother.

Arch is one of the best documented distros out there - if you plan to use Arch get used to doing your own research; the wiki as indicated above is excellent.

I don't know why you would want to do that.

sudo apt update
sudo pacman -Syu

sudo add-apt-repository universe
Look at /etc/pacman.conf

sudo apt install python3 python3-serial adb
sudo pacman -S python python-pyserial
