I just installed my new Linux distribution called ultimate edition which is based on Ubuntu and after instalation I can't login to the desktop. If gnome it just sends me back to login screen, and with plasma it just freezes around 3/4 of the loading
Try booting to maintenance mode (or whatever Ubuntu might call it) or to a Live Image and look in the log files. I'd start with /var/log/syslog, /var/log/Xorg.0.log. You may find a hint there as to what is going wrong.

I check the files and nothing came up saying there was a problem. When I try to login it freezes.

as always, making promises without checking if they can keep them. esp. the promise of ultimate user friendliness
the project of one (or maybe a few) egomaniacs, a la "we bring you only the best" blah.
a distro that is based on a distro that is based on a distro. nothing can go wrong, right?
please stay with one of the top six from this list.
not promising that it will work ootb, but at least you have a realistic chance of getting some help and solutions.
