Well guys I got wine from easy urpmi I installed it and everything and I was looking through forums in how to install but im still a little confused in how to install something as easy as msn 7.0

i got the program from msn site it name is INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE
i got wine and everything i think i saw from somewhee around the forum to install it you need to do this

wine INSTALL_MSN_MESSENGER_DL.EXE

and it execute something and it gave me this error msn setup failed, please go to msn website and download the software from there

I read somewhere on winehq that msn 7.0 works on linux
all the other programs like gaim,amsn,kopete they cant use webcams or use video conversation closes one to msn iss amsn so that's why im trying to run msn 7.0 instead of all this programs

Kopete in KDE 3.5 is supposed to have webcam support.

I got KDE but 3.4.2 how do i upgrade it to 3.5?

i hope is not too complex im still kind of getting used to urpmi and installing things and learning the commands
