Use the Universal USB Installer from the Pen Drive Linux web site to copy the installation media to a USB device. A link to the directions are on the same page as the download link.

Make what you want at SuseStudio.com. Add in the packages and apps you want even if not in Suse and test it there. Download any type of install choice you wish.

To anyone interested, I also found Zorin OS, which comes with office software, etc., preinstalled.

It also turns out that some Mint and Ubuntu images have office software and others included.

I might as well suggest something like SuseStudio.com. Build and test your system and then download it in a form that suits you.


Guess you could create a VM also locally and install it all and clone it to the target.
