Internet TV software on Linux? Is there one?

Hi all, I just installed FC3 and was wondering if there is a built in software for watching internet tv, something similar to WinAmp in Windows. or even better?? If not built in, is there any that can be downloaded and used?

If you mean watching webcast video's, yea. Just install Mplayer and the mplayerplug-in for your browser. Also, they have realplayer or helix- whatever it's called now. Although Mplayer can pretty much play anything.

-> softwares
-> Movie/Video (including TV)

and see if any is what you want. Never used any,

Can you tell me what is that plugin? or perhaps a link for downloading it?
I have installed the MPlayer with all the codecs and I have the default FC3 browser Mozilla Firefox.

I recommend Xine with the w32 package installed. Can play off almost everything. IMO far better than apps like mplayer or media player classic.
You can get the w32 package here: http://cambuca.ldhs.cetuc.puc-rio.br/xine/
