Installing DB2 on Red Hat Linux server

Hi everyone,

I'm a newbie to DB2 and Linux. I need to install DB2 onto a Linux Red Hat server. I was wondering what do i need/need to know to proceed with the installation. I'll be installing it from scratch and need to configure backups, restore periods and reorgs. First exposure to DB2 and would appreciate any help. Thank you
