Have you ever used Linux before? If not, you should definitely not be using Kali. Kali is a specialised distro for professional penetration testers. It is not suitable for novices who just want to look cool. Also Kali is not designed to be permanently installed. It's the sort of thing you carry on a USB key.
Downloaded Kali to Windows 10 and having problem with installation.
"error: failed to copy E:\ to C:\win32-loader\linux
A check in Windows defender: Trojan:Linux/Flooder.B!MTB
Will affect on: Kali\pool\main\e\ettercap\ettercap-common_0.8.3.1-4_amd64.deb
What to do?
Don't use Kali, that's what. Kali is a distro for advanced Linux users, and even then only for security/pentesting. Their own website tells you not to use it for daily use. Windows is flagging things, because the entire Kali distro contains tools specifically installed/configured for testing security, such as network sniffing tools, packet decoders, etc.

WHY are you using Kali, is a better question?
I might add:

Seriously, try booting a Ubuntu live usb stick on bare metal to get started. Kali on Windows, that's just doubly wrong.
