Installation issue passenger-install-apache2-module

Hi,

I am trying to install passenger-install-apache2-module.
My problem is i have curl and openssl is not installed at standard location i.e /usr/bin or /usr/sbin.

So how can i give my curl and openssl path while installing.

Thanks in advance.

well where then did you install these programs?
seeing as you did NOT use your package manager for default parts of the operating system
( this is NOT recommended and can cause all kinds of problems )

i would reinstall those programs from your software manager
or if you MUST use the source code to build them
add in the patches for YOUR operating system and install to the normal location for your system

if this is a redhat based system that is /usr
if a debain based install it is /usr/local
