Install Linux Mint with Wubi or Mint4Win

I wanted to know if there is a way to install latest 64 bit version of Linux mint with Cinnamon like we install Ubuntu using Wubi.

One way that can be done (as I read somewhere) is by using a software called Mint4Win. However, I could not gather enough information about how to use Mint4Win.
