You mean RedHat linux 7.2 ?

You PC should be capable of booting from USB cdroms. To verify that enter your BIOS menu(probably by hitting del or f1 key when the very first bootscreen appears)

Edit your BIOS and select your USB cdrom as the first boot device, then save and exit. Insert your redhat disk and restart

If you do mean RH7.2, unless the hardware you are installing it on is pre 2003 (maybe even older) it is unlikely to run. It will not know what to do with hardware that is newer.

I do not think pre 2003 motherboards had the option to boot to USB devices.
