include_path location

a newbie question but
where is a good place to store for Zend library directory?

i have to make changes to my php.ini and wasnt sure of best practices

First one is the safest option.

/home/user/.bashrc ---> Set path for that user only.

/etc/bash.bashrc ---> System default for ALL users.
