ifcfg eth0 is not up


Hi,

When i restart network service or my computer, ethernet doesn't come up automatically untill i run ifup ifcfg:eth0 manually.
Any solution is appreciated. I am using centos 6 X86.

Open directory /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts. There should be a file ifcfg-eth0
Edit the file and check the following attributes.

DEVICE=eth0
ONBOOT=yes
