Just thinking about it... surely as Cedega is baed on wine which is OSS... don't they have to release the source if requested?

Obviously I'm not suggesting that they should but am a little confused. I am more than happy to pay the $15 but would really like the source as well....

You can get this info at the transgaming site, but what it boils down to is that cedega is made up of various components which are covered by various licenses. The LGPL source can be downloaded...
