I downloaded wine, but still cannot installl Teamviewer....

Hello, I am more than very, very, very new here.... So, I have been reading a few posts, followed what they suggest for "Teamviewer".... Once I have installed Wine, I go to download Teamviewer, but I get an Error Message (did it a few times, removed and re-installed Wine, and re-downloaded and tried to install Teamviewer)..... Ehhhhhhh...... Help! Thanks a bunch!

Can you give us some specifics? It would be helpful to us to know the exact instructions you tried and the error messages you received.

Hey! Thank you for you responce!!! Well, I did try to post a screen shot of the error (took a shot, but I cannot find were it has been stored....

.... I am that good!)

If not, I downloaded Wine as derected in another discution there is here with nice screen shots! But, at the end of the proces there is kinnda like something missing compaired to the screen shots posted by the other member!

Now, once I find were the screen shots are stored, I will send much more details, at lease I will try.

Is there a reason why you didn't use the WINE package provided in the Ubuntu repositories? I gather you compiled (rather than installed) from sources - did the process finish without error?
