The exact solution will depend on the source and target browser. Some browsers have export functions, some even allow for reading/writing CSV files. Open source browsers usually store their settings in plain textfiles located in hidden directories inside your home directory.
Pls tell me How to transfer bookmarks from one browser to another
For firefox you can use the 'organize bookmarks'. You would then export the bookmarks via the 'file >export'. You can state where you want to direct the file. I place mine on a flash and it is handy.
