How to set up a Mail server in Fedora

I did a full install of Fedora core 1. I am hosting a site from the server and I would like to know, how would I go about setting up a pop or an Imap mail server for multiple users. I have a dynamic ip address, but I also have a dynamic host name through dyndns.

www.qmailrocks.org has a great package and tutorial. I also would like to say that a great webmail system is http://www.uebimiau.org/

I hope that you get it set up right, as I want to set up a website and all sorts of services, but I'm not even online yet
