Set up Mail server

My PC is 233Mhz and 256Mb ram. I want to set up a
mail server. Which linux distribution is better for my
pc? And it is only a few users to use it?

There is no "better" distribution. You have to pick one yourself. As I'm a Debian addicted person for instance I'd suggest Debian.
