How to run screen (software) ctrl a commands from bash?

I am using Ubuntu desktop with the software "screen" installed, (from after you run apt install screen or otherwise). I know it is possible to type commands for screen when you are attached to a screen and you use ctrl+a, :, and then type a command, but I want to run "multiuser on" and "acladd user" from a bash script. How would I run these commands without having to attach to the screen and type them?

Ok I believe I have figured it out. screen -X (command). It doesn't seem that I have to specify any particular session.
