Please note that for both questions, you've been very brief and not clear about what steps you have followed, whether you are following a guide, what the documentation for that phone states regarding Linux support, or if you've searched the web and found any information about this. What led you to install Asterisk to help to solve this problem?

I have been asked to install the Asterisk 13.3 on CentOS 7, not given as a choice. It is basically related with VOIP. Create VM in such a way that after routing it is suppose to make a call over VOIP
