how to edit kde desktop menu?

Hello, is there any way for me to edit the menu that appears when I right click on the desktop?

Or if there is no way to edit the desktop menu, how do I add a folder in a custom menu? I tried adding something like "konqueror /mnt/cdrom" in the custom menu but there was no way for me to edit the label... I want it to be cdrom but it just says konqueror...

I'm using KDE 3.3 if it matters. Thanks

Sorry I wasn't clear... I have tried using the menu editor but it only allows me to edit the Kmenu...

What I want to edit is the menu that appears when I right click on the desktop/wallpaper...

right now it contains... create new->, bookmarks-> run command....etc..

I want to add a link to my home folder there... I tried in "configure desktop" under behavior tab.... on right click-> show desktop menu... but the edit button is disabled...

When I used KDE, I set up the Bookmarks that way. I don't use Konqueror for web browsing, don't understand the people who do, and then Bookmarks/Favorites can be set up as shortcuts to folders or programs. I have a snapshot of my old desktop here. There, I have made a Favorites icon, but the same menu appears in the context menu (when you right-click) in KDE. This was KDE 3.2.
