Unhappy How to disable the keyboard config tooltip?


Hello, I would like to remove/disable the tooltip that appears when I put the mouse over the lower right corner of the screen showing the keyboard config.

EDIT: I forget to say, IM running on Gnome-Shell, UBuntu 11.10
EDITED2; Sorry im stupid, It was not a keyboard tooltip, It is the default "botton bar"
Just I didnt know it because Im using Docky, but Still im looking a way to remove it.
