How to configure SNMP ve on SUSE10

Hi Folk,
Please help me in configuring SNMP v3 on SUSE 10 (SP1) for Zenoss monitering.
i have installed the following packages
net-snmp-5.3.0.1-25.2
net-snmp-devel-5.3.0.1-25.2

please let me know which configuration file need to be edited and what else need to written over there.
vi /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf

The file you put in your original post, /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf, IS the file you need to edit. Once you put your configuration options in it, you have to start SNMPD, with /etc/init.d/snmpd start.
