How to configure traps with net-snmp

I have recently installed OpenNMS on a server at work. Now I need to configure 6 Linux servers to send a trap when any partition gets more than 80% full. How would I do this? Do I edit the /etc/snmp/snmpd.conf file?

Thanks

In terms of the best way to monitor disk usage, I'd say traps are a really bad way to manage this. Traps are only really much use for non-quantitative things, reboots or some such. you'd do snmp polling to monitor disk usage ideally, keep a proper RRD graph of the usage, tracking it over time etc... much nicer.
