It looks like the same subnet as before though. What is your network prefix or netmask? On Linux, find out with the
ip address command.
While Windows networking is black art to me, I don't think that workgroups have subnet IPs or are related to subnets.

What are the failure symptoms?
Use
ping 192.168.1.158 to confirm basic network connectivity. Then try
smbclient -L //192.168.1.158 to list all shares on that computer.
