How do I rid myself of this pop-up?

flvto.biz keeps popping up while using chrome. I added it to "block" notifications, but it still pops up every few minutes.

Hi:

Sorry I'm not using Chrome but I am trying to help:-
I found out that ...........
If you still get pop-ups after disabling them, then you could have malware.

https://support.google.com/chrome/an...DDesktop&hl=en

If you still have trouble you may want to try Firefox or Vivaldi:-
Try installing Ad Block Plus:- (just an idea) that is if Chrome has that plug in.

Have a look here when you have the time. The suggestions might help:-

Start by checking the list of browser extensions you have installed.

I believe I solved the problem. Not only was this url site in my "block" list, it was also in my "allow" list. I removed it from my "allow" list and I haven't seen a pop up from it yet.
