How do I disallow ssh login by root?
Hi all,
I have a Redhat 9 server, and I'm currently able to ssh to it using root credentials.
I edited sshd.conf and changed the following:
# Authentication:
#LoginGraceTime 120
PermitRootLogin no
#StrictModes yes
And restarted the service, but I'm still able to ssh in as root. Is there something else I need to do?
Thanks!
