Has anyone had any difficulties reading all region DVD's on their freshly installed Linux Mint 20? I could use Handbrake freely under Linux Mint 19 but there appears to be something missing. I have installed libdvdcss2 & all the related files and re-installed Handbrake several times...... still no read many DVDs.

A DVD player/burner will read one regions DVD's. The one that it is set to. I haven't done that for a while but usually you can change regions 3 or 4 times and then it is locked.
