Anyway english is not my first language so there is alot words i dont understand specific technical english words.

Chrome removed H.264 support. If the plugin doesn't work, maybe it's not activated. You can try turning it on. I'm not sure how to do that in Chrome. And it could be your computer is too slow. Did it ever work on youtube?
