Grub 2 deleted after reinstalling Win7

So the title says it all; my question is, how do I retrieve/reinstall Grub without having to reinstall Ubuntu? I'm a Linux n00b, so I'm looking for the simplest, cleanest way to accomplish this, with as much detailed explanation as possible.

Thanks in advance!
