Getting to Lilo prompt to type commands

Hi,
I have a dual boot PC with Mandrake linux 9.1 and Windows 98 SE.

I have Lilo as the boot loader.

When I boot what I get is a graphical menu displaying the options - Windows and Linux....from where I've to choose.

Can anyone tell me how to get to the Lilo prompt where I can type
some commands?

Thank you
