ftp

Hi,

when i run the command ftp

ftp 192.168.1.140

am getting error like

bash: ftp: command not found...

how to enable ftp on my pc

You need to install an FTP client, usually using your distribution's package manager. If you want more specific help, then give us more information. Also, please use more descriptive thread titles in future (even just "ftp: command not found" would have been better).

install ncftp, and use that. ncftp is good.
