fsck error: files work fine, but can't resize?

So, on a partition of mine, I can mount and access all my files fine. But when I try to resize it, or run fsck on it, I get this error:

The filesystem size (according to the superblock) is 63258241 blocks
The physical size of the device is 63257945 blocks
Either the superblock or the partition table is likely to be corrupt!

Anybody know how to fix this?

This is my fdisk -l:

Disk /dev/sda: 320.0 GB, 320072933376 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 38913 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x92cd386f

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
/dev/sda1 * 1 19 152586 83 Linux
/dev/sda2 402 3588 25599577+ f W95 Ext'd (LBA)
/dev/sda3 7413 38913 253031782+ 83 Linux
/dev/sda5 402 2313 15358077 83 Linux
/dev/sda6 2314 3588 10241406 83 Linux

Thanks!

If the device works fine, then I wouldn't mess with it until having a full backup. Enforcing any fix might leave you with some data loss, so the best solution is to reformat/repartition the disk any restore all files from the backup.
