fluxbox large icons

When I open openoffice the icons (such as bold, italic etc..) are very large, compared to in KDE. How may I make them smaller. I use Kubuntu.

I appoligize for the bump, However the buttons are reducilously large, when running openoffice in fluxbox.

After playing around and googling still I couldn't find the setting for button sizes.
