Flash Cache

OK, so I am loving OpenSUSE 11.3. But, I was just wondering about the cache that Adobe Flash Player generates. It must make some sort of cache? I would think. Also, can you go back and get the videos you watched out of the cache? I have the Firefox addon for downloading flv files but I am just interested in learning more and more and more about my system.

How can you go into software you have downloaded and installed and see a lot of different parameters and settings? If anyone would know that would be awesome.

Maybe this doesn't belong in the Newbie section...
:-)
