Unhappy openSUSE 10: Samba failed to create the cache directory in /var/cache


hi to all

i have installed openSUSE 10 server edition,i m using it in NLE Lab. and getting DV capturing on samba domain server from windows clients machines by adobe primier. but it generates jercks, this is not smooth.one friend advise me to decrease the cache size. but there is not samba directory in the path /var/cache, then i did get it from RedHatEnterprise 4. and it on /var/cache, but no effect occured .
kindly help me to resolve this problem, how i manage the camba cache also tell me the scripts lines to be added in smb.conf for cache configurition
