Fedora Core install issue

Hello,
I have installed Fedora Core onto my laptop without any issues, but when I try to install it on my desktop it goes to a black screen after anaconda initalizes. My desktop is a custom made box, running on a XP 2400+. I'm in the dark as to why it won't install. Any help would be great.

The problem is with X
What is the motherboard your system has? Is it on-board AGP or any graphics card?
In the install try text mode should work

I use a board based on the SiS 735 chipset. I have an AGP 9600 pro. I'll try it in text mode in a little while.

Ok, I got it to work in text mode. The only problem is that when I run fedora core, it starts initalizing and then when it goes to launch the graphical display, it goes to the black screen again and just sits there. Any thoughts?
