Error explanation

I found this error after reinstalling knetwork manager.I need to reinstall because I was not able to install wicd.

What does this mean? Any fixes?

Sounds like you need to sudo it?

I did not do a sudo. I just did a restart and voila! error dissapeared.
BTW: I was able to install WICD.
How?
1. I downloaded wicd_1.5.9_all.deb (Please try to google, I forgot to document).
2. Through synaptic, I remove network manager.
3. Restart.
4. Right-click the file>>Open with "Gdebi Package Installer".
5. Restart.
