East Asian Characters

Hello,

Basically I'm running a remote server, using windows Putty SSH to access the server.

Now sometimes I see funny characters, which on my desktop, might show Korean, Japanese or even Chinese.

How could I have the same view on my putty rather than giberish ASCII characters?

Hello,

Yes I've set my putty to UTF-8, the characters are still strange.

Regards,
