Dreamweaver running like crap

Hi

I have just got Dreamweaver running on my Fedora machine using wine. It is running like crap though. It takes about 4 minutes to load.

I have 256 RAM and when I start the KDE memory monitor it appears that all the RAM is used when running Dreamweaver with wine.

Is there some tinkering you can do to make wine run better?

Wine is to be avoided whenever possible, it eats memory for breakfast and everything except basic stuff like notepad runs in a kinda sluggish way.

In the long run you will be much better of runnng native applications.
An html editor doesn't strike me as the "Windows software I can't live without" (but that's just a matter of opinion), especially since there are nice alternatives for Linux.
