Downloader Manager to download multiple files at once

I recently installed Ubuntu 9.0.4, and am still working my way through the terminal. I've been able to solve most problems I've had but there is one thing I could use some help with.

I have a Rapidshare Premium account that I use. While in windows I ran FlashGet/FlashGot, but Wine and FlashGet do not get along well. Right now I'm using wget and I got the cookie to work so that I dont need to type my RS account info in, but it can only download one file at a time.

If anyone has any suggestions how to get this to work, or another program that perhaps has a GUI and supports multiple simultaneously downloads, I would be very interested in hearing about it.
