Download guidance for ISO... please?


Hello.

I want to download fedora/redhat and burn it to a CD so I may install it on a different computer. one problem though, I dont understand how it works, its not like and they want me to down load some program for windows(what im using atm) to help download the ISO's. please help. im so damn new its not even funny.
