Downlaoding Apt


I am trying to download the latest apt.. I went to Freshrpms, actually downloaded it from the terminal with rpm -ivh htt://ftp.freshrpms.net........ and so on. Iit retrieves it but then gives me this error



warning: /var/tmp/rpm-xfer.iu83iI: V3 DSA si gnature: NOKEY, key ID e42d547b
error: can't create transaction lock



Where do I get the key??

Did you download the one designed for your distro version?
For example: Fedora 3 would have fc3 in the name.
apt-0.5.15cnc6-1.1.fc3.fr.i386.rpm
