[SOLVED] Does ubuntu run Flash Player?

Hi i recently installed ubuntu and havent had time to play with it because i had to repartition my hard drive to fix a bunch of stuff but my real questions are weither or not can i Run these websites and programs?

Ubuntu supports flush player but it is not pre-installed Only in linux Mint is prei-installed. Go to adobe site select flash player and it will find automaticaly your distro!!!
