Does Linux automatically recognize more memory?
Simple question.
I have a 64 mb laptop from work that nobody uses, so I threw Slack on it, and run fluxbox, and for the most part am OK.
However, I'm considering spending the $20 to boos it to 128 mb, and do various things with it.
Question is, if I throw in a new memory stick, will the OS automatically recognize that I now have more memory, or will there be a config setting somewhere I need to tweak?
